WHY JMJ?

We can produce parts that are not possible to laser cut or waterjet. We can supply parts while a die is being made.

DIE CUTTING Parts too hard or thick to die cut?

Save tooling expenses relating to dies with JMJ’S process.

STAMPING Many times JMJ can produce better parts at less cost.

LASER CUTTING JMJ maintains tight tolerances on materials where laser cutting is not the best option.

WATERJET CUTTING De-laminating occurs with waterjet cutting of many materials. JMJ’S process can produce cleaner, more accurate parts than waterjet cutting.

EDM WIRE CUTTING JMJ can process materials that can’t be EDM wire cut.
